Payment: The fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via Stripe or PayPal) or Bank Transfer.
Admission: Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates or exhibitors who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Conference. Replacement or cancellation: Delegate substitution can be made at any time. All cancellations submitted in writing to email@example.com 15 calendar days before the event will be subject to 15% administration fee. No refunds will be made if cancellations submitted less than 15 calendar days before the event. At the discretion of the Conference organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received less than 15 calendar days before the event.
