An exhibition of smart technologies and solutions is organised in Moscow alongside the conference. In addition to physical and virtual booths, a part of the exhibition will be organised in a hybrid format. Internet kiosks integrated into exhibition booths will help to organise communication between visitors and exhibitors who are participating in the conference remotely.

Onsite exhibition, organised in Moscow alongside the conference, will provide companies with the opportunity to engage with the conference participants and hold one-on-one presentations.

In addition to standard exhibition booths, companies can book hybrid booths equipped with the internet kiosks – an ideal solution for exhibitors who cannot be physically present in Moscow. The conference visitors will be greeted at the booth by a hired promoter or exhibitor’s local representative. If visitors have technical or commercial questions which cannot be answered by the local rep, they will be able to connect to remote specialists using the internet kiosk equipped with an interactive screen, speaker, and microphone.

Virtual Immersive Exhibition

In addition to the physical exhibition in Moscow, its digital twin is created online using three-dimensional VR technology. Visitors can independently move through the halls, visit individual booths, review presented materials and digital exhibits.

The virtual exhibition, open around the clock, seven days a week, provides companies with the opportunity to demonstrate projects, products, and technologies to conference participants without attracting additional human resources. Visitors can be greeted by an avatar built into the booth. If required, avatar can be programmed to automatically conduct demonstrations and provide answers to basic questions. If visitors want to talk with a physical agent, this can be easily arranged at the booth through the built-in virtual meeting room or live chat. Online meetings can be booked using the contact form located at the booth. Exhibiting companies can engage visitors by organising webinars, demonstrations, master classes, quizzes, polls, quests and networking events. By connecting analytical tools, exhibitors will be able to receive regular reports about visitors and reviewed materials.

  • Branding. Branded virtual booth placement for 12 months. Branding includes logo placement, both matching to your corporate colours.
  • Profile. Add profile text with your logo. Link profile to your corporate website.
  • Video: Add a welcome video to your main reception area. The video can be played when activated by play button and play on loop. Video should be provided by exhibitor as MP4 file (not larger than 150MB) or as YouTube or Vimeo link.
  • Advertising: Display up to 5 exhibits in PDF or JPEG format on your booth.
  • Contact form. Offer your visitors to contact you or schedule a meeting using form linked your booth.
  • Private meeting room. Use a private virtual meeting room linked to the booth to organise private meetings with your visitors.
  • Listing: Placement of the exhibitor’s logo on the exhibition plan with a link redirecting to the booth.
  • Branding. Branded 3D virtual booth placement for 12 months. Branding includes logo placement, both matching to your corporate colours, two 3D panoramas of the booth (view from outside and view from inside).
  • Personal greeting: Place a photo of our representative or one of our avatars at your booth. Add to the avatar voice greeting or link to contact email address.
  • Profile. Add profile text with your logo. Link profile to your corporate website.
  • Video: Add a welcome video to your main reception area and up to 5 promotional videos. The welcome video can be played when activated by play button and play on loop. Video should be provided by exhibitor as MP4 file (not larger than 150MB) or as YouTube or Vimeo link. Additional videos should be provided as YouTube or Vimeo links.
  • Advertising: Display up to 10 exhibits in PDF or JPEG format on your booth. Add short audio description to the documents.

Hybrid exhibition booth is an ideal solution for exhibitors who are not physically present in Moscow. Using the built-in internet kiosk equipped with touchscreen, loudspeaker, and microphone exhibitors can engage with the visitors remotely and in real time.

The package includes:

  • Table, chair, and place for a mobile banner (Banner height and width should not exceed 2 meters. Banner production is not included in the price. Printing services can be offered locally if required, at extra cost).
  • Rent, setup and Internet connection of an interactive kiosk enabling to organise video calls with remote exhibitors.
  • Promoter time (2 days). Promote greets visitors at the booth, collects business cards and answers basic questions. In case of technical or commercial questions, promoter connects visitors with remote exhibitor using the Internet kiosk.
  • Exhibiting company profile in the “exhibitors” section on the conference website.
  • Contact and appointment booking form on exhibitor profile.
  • Conference pack (personal badge, program, sanitizer, pen, notebook) for delegates included in the exhibitor’s package.
  • Two (2) delegate passes (see Delegate package) for the conference.

The package includes:

Space for placing a mobile banner (no more than 1.5 m wide and 2 m high) in the exhibition area during a physical conference in Moscow.
